INTERVIEW

What is your greatest sporting success?
Every great flight is a great sporting succes.

When and why did you start paragliding?
Long time ago. Flying is a beautiful dream that came true paragliding.

What is your mountaineering experience?
I am a mountain rescue, a mountain guide, skier, climber, biker.

What does your typical training week consist of?
My training week program depends on the weather. I run or bike everyday, and fly as much as I can.

What are your best and worst sporting memories?
All my great flights are wonderful memories. A not so good memory is an injury I had in the Alps: where I had thrown the parachute and had a rought landing on the rocks.

Why did you choose X-Pyr?
To test my limits. I love challenges.

Have you participated on X-Pyr before?
Yes, in 2016, when I finished the 11th. It was a tough challenge, because the weather didn't allow too much flying.

Have you flown in the Pyrenees before?
Yes, in 2016.

What will your strategy be during the race?
We will adapt to the weather conditions, we will always try to have a good plan, also flexible to be able to take the best decision, and I will try to fly as much as I can.

What excites you most about X-Pyr?
The adventure and the challenge to do my best.

What scares you the most about the event?
Nothing. Maybe the bad decisions that I could take under the pressure of going beyond my limits.

Why will he/she make a good assistant?
He is calculating, a good paraglider, and knows how to give a good advice.

Anything else you like to comment?
Looking forward for the X-Pyr!
